Windows 95 General Troubleshooting
Viewing Logs
SUMMARY: Would you like to view your bootup log, modem detection log, etc. in Windows 95?
Log files are great to examine for system troubleshooting. If you would like to view your bootup log, modem detection log, etc., you could just read all of the log files yourself from Notepad. Or, make things easy for you. On your Windows 95 CD under "Other / Misc. / Logview", you will find a utility that will show several key Windows log files for easy viewing.
