Windows 95 - Explorer - Drives - Folders - Files
The Explorer is Everywhere
SUMMARY: Basic Explorer tips for Windows 95 users.
The Win95 Explorer-interface is much more consistent than that provided with Win3.1. One example of that is the consistency with file operations when just using the Explorer and when dealing with files from within applications. With 32-bit applications that use the standard "Open" and "Save" file dialog boxes, you can work with the files displayed in the dialog box the same way you deal with files under Explorer. Files can be renamed, deleted, QuickViewed, and any other right-mouse-button operation can be performed.
