Repeating Characters

SUMMARY: Is Windows 95 repeating characters that you type too quickly?

If you suffer from characters repeating when you type in Windows 95, click the "Start" button, then "Settings," then "Control Panel." On the window that appears, double-click the "Keyboard" icon. Move the "Repeat Rate" tab to the left to slow the repeat rate.
