Windows 95 Audio Play Two Sounds at Once? SUMMARY: A very cheap Windows 95 mixer. It may be relatively hard to play two sounds at once. But, with Windows 95 Sound Recorder, you can mix one sound with another to have a sound file which 'plays' two sounds at once. To do so, just load a sound file with Sound Recorder and make sure the position bar is all the way to the left. Choose "Edit", then "Mix with File."
