It may be relatively hard to play two sounds at once. But, with Windows 95 Sound Recorder, you can mix one sound with another to have a sound file which 'plays' two sounds at once. To do so, just load a sound file with Sound Recorder and make sure the position bar is all the way to the left. Choose "Edit", then "Mix with File." Choose the file with which you wish to mix.
