DOS Programs Halting When Not Selected

SUMMARY: Keep DOS prompts from pausing under Windwos 95.

Are you running MS-DOS programs under Windows 95 that halt when they are not the currently selected window? If so, click on the DOS program window's toolbar and choose the "Properties" button. On the multi-tabbed dialog box that appears, choose the "Misc." tab. Now, uncheck "Always Suspend" under "Background" and click "OK" to close the dialog box.
