Converting Win3.1 Program Manager Groups

SUMMARY: Convert old Program Manager groups to Start Menu format.

If the Win95 upgrade, for some reason, did not convert a Win3.1 Program Manager group to Win95's "Start Menu" format, first open the Windows directory with Explorer. Find the .GRP Program Manager group file that you wish to convert, and just double-click the file.
