Watch the Hard Drive Space

SUMMARY: Deselect Windows 95 applets you may not need if hard drive space is an issue.

Are you low on hard drive space but need to upgrade to Windows 95? If so, be sure and select the "Custom" upgrade option. You can then choose whether or not to install extra applets, such as Character Map, that may or may not be needed. Don't worry - if your needs change or you gain more hard drive space later, you can always install the options you deselect now.
