Windows 95 Keyboard Shortcuts
Opening the Start Menu without a Windows Keyboard
SUMMARY: Access the Windows Start Menu with the keyboard if you don't have a special Windows key.
If you don't have a Windows keyboard, you unfortunately are unable to access the "Start" menu with the touch of a button. But don't fret; it's still quite easy to get to that menu from anywhere in Windows. Just press the CONTROL and ESCape keys simultaneously and out pops the menu!
