Windows 95 and the Mouse Using a 'Net' Mouse with a Horizontal Scrollbar SUMMARY: Net mice, or mice with scroll wheels, can also scroll windows horizontally in Windows 95. With some types of 'Net' Mice (the mice with the wheel or up/down buttons between the left and right mouse buttons) you can scroll a window horizontally just about as easily as you can scroll the window vertically.
