Windows 95 and the Mouse

Using a 'Net' Mouse with a Horizontal Scrollbar

SUMMARY: Net mice, or mice with scroll wheels, can also scroll windows horizontally in Windows 95.

With some types of 'Net' Mice (the mice with the wheel or up/down buttons between the left and right mouse buttons) you can scroll a window horizontally just about as easily as you can scroll the window vertically. Just move your mouse pointer on the horizontal scrollbar and scroll your 'net' control down to scroll the horizontal bar to the right, and scroll your 'net' control up to scroll the horizontal bar to the left.
