Windows 95 Printing

Printing in a Computer Lab

SUMMARY: See if a network printer is finished with your print job.

Are you in a computer lab where you share printers? It gets very frustrating to send a job to the printer, walk over to the printer, and find out your job has not been printed yet. There is a MUCH easier way to see if your job has been printed. On the bottom-right hand of the screen, on the taskbar, should be a printer icon. Double-click the icon. Now, you'll see if your document is being currently sent to the printer or if it is just waiting to be printed.
