Do you often need to set up several print jobs at a time when you either do not want to turn on the printer or do not have access to a printer? You can spool print jobs and tell the printer not to print until you are ready. To do so, click on the "Start" button, choosing "Settings," then "Printers." Right-click on your desired printer, and on the pop-up menu that follows, check "Pause Printing." After you have queued your desired jobs and have printer access, go through the same process, but uncheck "Pause Printing." |
