You probably know the "Find" utility that lets you search for files on your computer or network. But did you know you can look inside files to search for text? Just open the "Find" multi-tabbed dialog box, click on the "Advanced" tab, and next to "Containing text" type in the text for which you want to search. Note this works best when searching through text or HTML files and not MS-Word(c) files.
