| Remove the Click Here to Begin Are you tired of periodically seeing the "Click Here To Begin" arrow that animates and points to your Start button? Download and install TweakUI from the PowerToys Suite at http://www.microsoft.com. Or, if you are familiar with registry editing, do the following.
Click "Start," choosing "Run," then typing in "Regedit" and clicking OK. Navigate the left pane of the Registry Editor to HKEY_CURRENT_USER, SOFTWARE, Microsoft, Windows, CurrentVersion, Policies, Explorer. Right-click the right pane of the Registry Editor, choosing "New," then "Binary Value." Name it "No Start Banner." Enter the value "01 00 00 00" to disable the arrow. Close the Registry Editor. You may have to restart Win95 for this edit to take effect.
