Windows 95 Telnet

Characters Not Echoed

By default, when you enter characters to a remote system, those characters are not automatically echoed back to your screen unless the remote system actually resends to you the characters that you typed. If you need to access systems that do not echo back your characters, turn on the "Local Echo" mode. Click on the "Terminal" menu and select "Properties." On the "Terminal Properties" window that appears, check "Local Echo". Press "OK" to close the dialog box.
