Windows 98 File Search - Internally Search Files

SUMMARY: Search inside files for information with Windows 98.

You probably know the "Find -> Files or Folder" utility lets you search for files on your computer or network. But did you know you can look inside files to search for text? This option was "hidden" under Windows 95 but is very visible under Windows 98.

Just click the "Start" menu, then open the "Find -> Files or Folders" command and type the text you want to search for next to "Containing text." Note this works best when searching through text or HTML files and not MS-Word(c) files.
