Use the Keyboard For a Mouse SUMMARY: Enable Mouse Keys on Windows 98 systems to navigate the computer with your keyboard instead of a mouse.
Some people have reported problems getting their mice to work under Win98. If you just cannot get the mouse to work correctly, find using the mouse difficult, or just do not want to use your mouse:
1. Activate the Accessibility Options Control Panel. (If you don't see Accessibility Options in your Control Panel, go to Add/Remove Programs and install the option).
2. Click the "Mouse" tab on the multi-tabbed dialog box that appears.
3. Check "Use Mouse Keys".
4. Modify the settings as desired, and you can now use the keyboard to control your mouse.
