Adobe Reader 7 - Toggle the Menu Bar

SUMMARY: Disable Adobe Reader 7's menu bar to show more of a PDF document onscreen.

If you don't use many of Adobe Reader 7's advanced features and find that the toolbar buttons provide access to all the options you need, consider turning off the menu bar. This way you can display more of a PDF document onscreen. To toggle displaying the menu bar, just press F9.
