Digital Wildlife and Animal Photography - Use Your Zoom

SUMMARY: Don't scare away animals - use your digital camera's optical zoom to record detail.

Please respect wildlife. If you are trying to get a close-up photograph, instead of encroaching on an animal's space and potentially scaring it away, use your digital camera's optical zoom to take a detailed photograph from a safe distance. If you are noticed, a dangerous animal may charge or a fearful animal may run away.
