Convert Units of Measurement

SUMMARY: Convert between units of distance, temperature, time, and weight with the Bing search engine.

Need to convert between units of distance, weight, time, volume, or temperature and don't want to download an application or access a third-party website? With Microsoft's Bing search engine you can perform a variety of conversions using natural language queries. Below are some examples:

* minutes in week: 1 minute = 0.0000992 weeks

* how many minutes in a week: 1 week = 10,080 minutes

* 129 feet to decimeters: 129 feet = 393.192 decimeters

* 75 degrees Fahrenheit in Celsius: 75 degrees Fahrenheit = 23.888889 degrees Celsius

* 25000 angstroms to millimeters: 25000 angstroms = 0.0025 millimeters

Converting between angstroms and millimeters with the Bing search engine

Any time natural language queries are involved, you may need to experiment to get the desired results. For example, as of June 21, 2009, the query 75 degrees Fahrenheit in Celsius provided the expected result, but 75 degrees Fahrenheit to Celsius did not.
