Circle Dock offers an alternative way to launch applications in Windows by providing you a resizable circular dock that can be toggled via a keypress, mouse button, mouse movement to a screen edge, or System Tray icon.

Icons can be dragged to Circle Dock from the Desktop or Explorer, plus you can organize your applications and documents into folders for easy access. A large number of configuration options are available including adjusting the number of icons per circle, changing the background and center button graphics, animation settings, activation options, and more.

Circle Dock is Open Source and works for Windows XP and Windows Vista. A .ZIP file can be downloaded from the website; simply unzip the files to a new folder and run CircleDock.exe. (Information as of February 3, 2009)
