System Information Software - Display Hard Drive Diagnostic Information Including Temperature

SUMMARY: Display hard drive S.M.A.R.T. information and the disk temperature with open-source application CrystalDiskInfo for Windows.

CrystalDiskInfo is an open-source application for Windows NT 4 and above that displays hard drive diagnostic data and the temperature, including hard disk S.M.A.R.T. info.

Information displayed includes the seek, read, and write error rates; spin-up time; spin retry count; and unrecordable sector count. Information can be copied to the clipboard for pasting into another application or e-mail message, such as to send information to tech support personnel.

CrystalDiskInfo supports many interface languages including English, French, German, Japanese, and Russian.
