Go Online for Software Updates
SUMMARY: Check online for bug fixes and improvements to your player's software.
Many digital audio / portable MP3 players come prepackaged with software you can use to transfer music to (and possibly from) your player. If your software comes built-in with an Internet Update feature, use it to grab bug fixes and updates from the software manufacturer. If not, updates may still be available. Find the software manufacturer's webpage (look in your digital audio player manual or see if the software has an "About" or "Help" screen) and visit it with your web browser to see if a new version is available.
