Cool Down Your Photos SUMMARY: Winterize and cool down your digital photos
If you take photographs of photos during the winter, or if you just have some cityscape photos that you feel are too lively, you may want to consider toning your images towards cyan or blue to make them starker. Many digital photo-processing applications have a 'Tone Curve' feature that lets you move the overall hue of the photo towards cyan or blue.
