Digital Travel Photography - Record the Food

SUMMARY: Take photos of food unique to areas you explore during your travels.

A great way to record your travel experience (and satisfy your appetite!) is to sample and photograph the local cuisine. Dishes can sometimes tell a story, such as the use of papayas or oranges in island cuisine, the heartiness of a New England clam chowder, or the organization and compactness of a Japanese bento box.

Note that if you plan on using these pictures for commercial use, you may need to first get permission from the chef, especially if the sampled dish is a unique creation.
