The Electronics Takeback Coalition, formerly the Computer TakeBack Campaign, "promotes green design and responsible recycling in the electronics industry". The website discusses environmental problems with e-waste, the difficulty in recycling old electronics, and the current lack of recycling (and the amount of fake "recycling" programs that result in the exporting and dumping of waste).

On a positive note, the ETBC website also contains news about recycling legislation, company recycling programs that work including information on their "Take Back My TV" campaign, and the site provides links to "responsible recyclers" in the USA as well as manufacturer and retail-based recycling programs.
