The Epicurious gadget displays the photo of a daily item such as "Pear-Cranberry Cobblers", "Coconut Shrimp", or "Butternut Squash and Fried Sage Pasta". Clicking on a photo or recipe name opens up full details in a new window or tab.

You can scroll through previous days' recipes, or search for recipes direct from the gadget. Clips of items from the "Epi Log" are available, containing food-related news and views regarding cooking.
