Play the Snake Game

SUMMARY: Play the classic snake game in Mozilla Firefox. Grab the food while dodging the borders and yourself as you grow.

Looking for a quick diversion while browsing the web in Mozilla Firefox? Play the classic snake game where you must guide the snake to its food.

Every time the snake eats, it gets bigger and moves faster, and it has to keep moving. Touch a border or itself and you lose.

Installing the Snake game Add-On

4. Once the add-on has installed, click the "Restart Firefox" button. Depending on your configuration, Firefox may note that it will try to restart your windows and tabs.

Restarting Firefox from the Add-Ons dialog box

Once Firefox has restarted, select the "Tools" menu, selecting "Snake" to play the game.

To start a new game, press N. Use the cursor keys to move the snake. There is a bug in the current version as noted by a reviewer - do not click the "New Game" button or you will not be able to move the snake.

This extension has no options that can be set.
