| Print Webpage Backgrounds SUMMARY: At the risk of increasing toner or ink usage, print more accurate copies of webpages with Mozilla Firefox.
Normally, when you print webpages from within Mozilla Firefox, if the webpages have background colors or images, these items will not be printed. The reason is that printing webpage backgrounds may use a lot of your printer's toner, ink, or ribbon, clearing it prematurely, thus costing you more money. However, if you want the most accurate printouts from webpages, you can turn on the printing of background items:
1. Click "File" - "Page Setup".
2. When the "Page Setup" multi-tabbed dialog box appears, click the "Format & Options" tab.
3. Underneath "Options", check "Print Background (colors & images)".
4. Click "OK" to close the dialog box.
