SUMMARY: A freeware application to browse the list of installed fonts on your system and display font details.
Free and Easy Font Viewer for Windows lets you browse a scrollable list of installed fonts on your system. You can increase or decrease the size of font previews, or add effects such as bold, italics, underline, and strikeout. The font and background colors can be modified via the "Options" menu, though you'll need to move the "Color" dialog box that it opens out of the way in order to view it.
Besides the standard multi-font view you can switch to a "Zoom" tab that displays a single font in multiple sizes, or a "CharMap" view to display the symbols that make up a font. The "Info" tab displays font details such as the font file size, copyright, version, manufacturer, and description.
