To share your bookmarked webpages ("Favorites") with someone else, just open up your \WINDOWS\FAVORITES directory. Now, select the bookmarks/favorites that you wish to share with someone else. Open up your E-Mail client, write your message, and drag and drop your favorites to your E-Mail client so they appear as attachments.

If you are sharing a lot of Favorites, you may wish to first ZIP up your Favorites and just send that one file.
