Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.x and Below - Version 4.0 - Don't Describe What Buttons Do!

SUMMARY: Disable Internet Explorer toolbar button tooltips.

If you're a frequent IE user, you probably know what functions each button performs. You know the picture of a house goes to the home page, the picture of an "X" inside a circle stops the currently loading page, the picture of the globe and magnifying glass executes a search, etc. You can save some space by removing the text labels underneath the icons. Just right-click on the toolbar and uncheck "Text Labels" on the pop-up menu that appears.
