SUMMARY: Search for eBay matches to products mentioned on a web page via an Internet Explorer 8 Accelerator.
Searching for the lowest price of a particular product? If you think you've found the best price you can find but are still curious if someone is selling the same or similar product on eBay cheaper, don't highlight the product name, visit eBay, paste the name into their search box and click the search button. With Internet Explorer 8, just highlight the product name and access eBay through an Accelerator. You can even preview results without leaving the current page.
1. From Internet Explorer, visit the following URL:
http://www.ieaddons.com/en/details/shopping/Find_on_eBay/
2. Click the "Add to Internet Explorer" button.

3. Confirm the Accelerator information is correct. If you want this to be the default Accelerator for the "Find product" category, click the "Make this my default provider for this Accelerator Category" box. Then click the "Add" button.

Now when you visit a webpage containing a product name and you want to see if it is available on eBay, highlight the text with your mouse. Click the Blue accelerator button. Select "All Accelerators" if you did not make this a default Accelerator. Click "Find product with eBay". Or, just hover your mouse pointer over the menu option to get a preview of matching eBay items.
