| Disable Page Transition Animations SUMMARY: Tired of the animations that you sometimes see when flipping between webpages in Internet Explorer 6?
Internet Explorer supports page transition animations. This means that if a webmaster chooses to do so, his or her page can show an animation whenever the page is loaded or exited. While these animations may be nice the first few times you seem them, some people may find them annoying. If you fall in this category, there is a simple fix to disable the animations.
Click on the "Tools" menu and choose "Internet Options". On the "Internet Options" multi-tabbed dialog box that follows, select the "Advanced" tab. Underneath "Browsing", you should see a checkbox labeled "Enable page transitions". Uncheck this box and press "OK" to disable these animations.
