Internet Explorer 6 and Pictures - Print a Picture

SUMMARY: Create a printout of just a picture using Internet Explorer 6.

You may come across a webpage on the Internet with a picture that you would like to print. However, if you try to print from Internet Explorer 6 the normal way, you will end up printing the entire webpage, not just the desired picture.

To print just a picture from Internet Explorer 6, right-click on the picture and choose "Print Picture" from the popup menu that follows. Then, follow the onscreen prompts. Note that this will not work if:

1) The picture is, in fact, part of a Flash animation.
2) The webpage is running JavaScript or Java that blocks access to the right-click popup menu when you view the page.

Press the "print" button on your browser or select "File" - "Print" to print this tip. Then, return to Internet Explorer 6 and Pictures - Print a Picture
