Internet Explorer 6 and Pictures - Setting a Webpage Picture as the Background

SUMMARY: Take a picture on a webpage and use it as your background image using Internet Explorer 6.

Found a public domain or freeware graphic or photo on the Internet that you would like to use as your Desktop background wallpaper? Just right-click the picture in Internet Explorer, and when the popup menu appears, choose "Set as background".

Note that this will not work if:

1) The picture is, in fact, part of a Flash animation.
2) The webpage is running JavaScript or Java that blocks access to the right-click popup menu when you view the page.
