Google Search Engine

Search for Pages Containing Specific Titles

SUMMARY: Narrow your Google search down to pages containing specific title text.

Normally, when you search using Google, webpages are displayed where your keywords are found anywhere in the page - hyperlinks, copyright text at the bottom of the page, menu bars, etc. To help improve your searches, you may want to only find pages where your keywords appear in the title of the page, assuming that if a webpage contains your keywords in the title, it is more likely to be a relevant search result.

To do this, enter a search query like so:

allintitle: KEYWORDS

For example, to search for webpages where the text "swordfish steak" is in the title of the page, perform the following search:

allintitle: swordfish steak
