SUMMARY: Query Google for prices and items within a numerical range.
Your searches may require you to find webpages containing numbers that can fall in a range. These can include product prices (you're interested in a certain widget only if it falls between a particular price range) or historical facts (you need information covering an event lasting multiple years).
To do this type of search with Google, enter your keywords, and when you want Google to search for pages containing numbers in a range, use the following format (notice the two dots between the values):
LOW_RANGE..HIGH_RANGE
Substitute LOW_RANGE for the lowest number you wish Google to find, and HIGH_RANGE for the highest number you wish to find.
For example, the following Google query looks for webpages containing the word "compactflash" and one of the following phrases:
* 1 gb
* 2 gb
* 3 gb
* 4 gb
compactflash "1..4 gb"
