After running the downloaded setup program:
1) You will be prompted whether or not you wish to make various shortcuts to the program, where you want to install the software ("C:\Program Files\IrfanView" is the default directory), and other options.
2) Click "Next" to install the software.

5) Click "Next" to start the install.
