| Keep IrfanView on Top of Other Windows SUMMARY: Running multiple applications but want to keep IrfanView 3 in view, even above the Windows taskbar? While viewing or manipulating images with IrfanView, do you sometimes have to deal with other applications wanting attention, opening their windows on top of IrfanView while you are working? If so, you can force IrfanView to display on top of other windows. Just check "Options" - "Always on Top".
Now you can switch to other applications and keep your currently viewed or manipulated image in view on top of other windows. In fact, you can even drag IrfanView to the bottom of your screen and it will cover up part of the Windows taskbar!
To reverse this setting, just uncheck "Options" - "Always on Top".
