Microsoft Access - Remove Access Splash Screen for a Database

Tired of seeing MS Access's splash screen when opening a database? Just create a 1x1-pixel BMP file and save it in your database directory. Name it as the name of your database's filename, e.g. if your database is named DATABASE.MDB, name your bitmap file DATABASE.BMP. Granted, you *might* notice this 1x1 pixel when loading your database, but that is highly doubtful.
