8-17-2004: Internet Explorer Spoofing Vulnerability
Security firm Secunia is reporting an Internet Explorer Address Bar Spoofing Vulnerability with a fully patched Windows 2000/SP4 or Windows XP/SP1 and Internet Explorer. According to the vulnerability, content from malicious sites could display in a webpage with the address bar showing the URL of a trusted site.

8-17-2004: Netscape 7.2 Release
Netscape has released v7.2 of their browser. This upgrade mainly contains bug fixes and performance enhancements.

8-14-2004: SW Florida TV Online - Hurricane Charley
ABC 7 News out of Southwest Florida is reporting information and showing pictures of the destruction left by Hurricane Charley in Lee County (including Ft. Myers, Cape Coral, Sanibel, and Captiva), Charlotte County (including Punta Gorda and Boca Grande), and other areas. The pictures are quite devastating. Note that they had a free video feed running of their newscast which has since gone offline.
If you are able to help, the American Red Cross is taking donations for their Disaster Relief Fund.
