Stop Automatically Showing the Log File
SUMMARY: Prevent Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from opening Notepad and displaying a log file after every scan if you find this behavior irritating.
After running a scan with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, a log file is saved with detailed scan information. The software also automatically opens this file via Notepad or your default text editor.
If you want the file to be saved but you wish to view the Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware log files later and not after each scan, make the following quick configuration change:
1. From Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, click the "Settings" tab.
2. Make sure the "General Settings" sub-tab is selected.
3. Uncheck "Open log file immediately after saving".
