McAfee AntiSpyware - Change the Type of Scan to Perform

SUMMARY: Customize the drives McAfee AntiSpyware scans for malware.

Normally, McAfee AntiSpyware scans all of your hard drives for spyware, adware, and other malware. However, if you only want certain drives to be scanned, perform this tweak:

1. From McAfee AntiSpyware, click "Change Settings".

2. When the settings dialog box appears, click the "Scan" tab.

3. Click the "Custom Scan" radio button.

4. Click the pull-down next to "Drives to Scan". Check or uncheck the drives to scan as desired.

5. Click "OK" to close the dialog box.
