If you are working on several documents at once, you may want to save or close all of the documents without closing Word. To do so, hold down the SHIFT key and access the "File" menu. The "Save" option will become "Save All" and the "Close" option will become "Close All".
Press the "print" button on your browser or select "File" - "Print" to print this tip. Then,
return to Microsoft Word 97 - Save or Close All.
