Although most users prefer surfing completely with the mouse, others would rather work on the computer with the mouse only when it feels comfortable, using the keyboard the rest of the time. For those of us (like myself) who fall in the latter category and remember operating computers without mice, you can hold down the ALT key while pressing the left-arrow key to visit the previous web page ("Back.") Hold down the ALT key while pressing the right-arrow key to go to the next page ("Forward.")
