If you have a certain web site (or sites) that you visit quite frequently, it may be convenient to be able to simply double-click icons on the desktop to visit the sites. To do so, simply create a bookmark entry in Netscape for the page you wish to connect to from the desktop. Then, drag and drop the bookmark entry to your desktop, and you can modify the new shortcut as you wish.
