Windows NT - Free Disk Defragmenter

Windows NT 4.0, unlike Windows 95, does not come with a free program to defragment your hard drive. This does not mean that hard drives do not get fragmented under Windows NT 4.0 - the problem is just as real as it is under DOS or Win95.
