If you are currently running an earlier version of Microsoft Office 2003, it may be a difficult choice on whether or not to upgrade to the new version. A lot depends on your current needs and budget. For example, if you are not running Windows 2000 or Windows XP (or later), to upgrade to Microsoft Office 2003, you would have to upgrade your operating system. Microsoft Office 2003 will not run on Windows 95, Windows 98, or Windows Me.
