Opera 8 - Make Webpages Bigger to Aid the Visually-Impaired

SUMMARY: Having a hard time viewing web pages in Opera 8? You can force it to display everything much larger.

If you are visually impaired, it may be difficult to view smaller text inside webpages. While most web browsers let you adjust the font size, this can potentially mess up the layout of many pages, even including MalekTips.Com. Instead, Opera lets you increase or decrease the size of the entire page, graphics and all. This even works with some pages containing video and Flash animations.

To zoom in or out of a webpage:

1. Select "View", then "Zoom".
2. Select your zoom size. The larger the number, the larger your webpage will appear on your screen, or vice-versa.

Or, you can use these keyboard shortcuts on your numeric keypad:

+ : Zoom in slightly
- : Zoom out slightly
* : Zoom normal (100%)
CONTROL +: Zoom way in (+ 100%)
CONTROL -: Zoom way out (- 100%)
