SUMMARY: Display two months in Outlook 2007's To-Do Bar.
By default, Microsoft Outlook 2007 displays a "To-Do Bar" in the right pane, displaying the current month's calendar, upcoming appointments, and upcoming tasks.
To help plan upcoming meetings, you may wish to display the following month as well. To do so:
1. Select "View" - "To-Do Bar" - "Options".
2. The "To-Do Bar Options" dialog box appears. Next to "Number of month rows", enter "2". If you have a large enough monitor and/or wish to push the other items off-screen, you can add more months as desired.
3. Click "OK" to close the dialog box.
Press the "print" button on your browser or select "File" - "Print" to print this tip. Then, return to Microsoft Outlook 2007 - Add a Month to the To-Do Bar
